Nonagon Designs 15-Day Return Policy

At Nonagon Designs, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase of our products. To provide you with the best possible shopping experience, we have established the following 15-Day Return Policy for Nonagon Designs products. Please carefully review these terms before making a return request.

Return Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your Nonagon Designs product. Returns requested beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

Condition of Returns: We only accept returns for Nonagon Designs products that meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must be in the same condition as when it was originally received by the customer, free from additional damage, scratches, or signs of wear and tear.
  2. Proof of purchase, such as a valid order number or receipt, must be provided.

Return Requirements: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within the 15-day return period through the Contact Us page.
  2. Pack the product securely - preferably in its original packaging to reduce waste.
  3. Once the return is processed we will email you a return label. Attach the label to the packaging and drop off at the appropriate shipping location.

Refund or In-Store Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, Nonagon Designs will offer you the choice of either:

  1. A refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed.
  2. In-store credit that can be used towards future Nonagon Designs purchases. The in-store credit will be issued in the form of a digital voucher and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Exceptions: Please note that this return policy does not apply to the following situations:

  1. Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
  2. Products that do not meet the specified return conditions outlined above.

Nonagon Designs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
